Terms & Conditions
Copyright and intellectual property
Every photograph, video, and piece of writing on this site is copyright of its creator and remains so after purchase. Buying a print, download, or licence transfers only the specific rights described for that product — never the underlying copyright. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling an image beyond the licence granted at checkout is not permitted without separate written agreement.
Purchases, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which is accepted once payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent. Prices, availability, and edition sizes can change without notice, and an order may occasionally be declined or refunded in full — for example if an item sells out or a pricing error is found — before it ships or is fulfilled.
Shipping and digital delivery
Physical prints are made to order and shipped to the address given at checkout; timeframes vary with size, framing, and destination. Digital downloads and licensed files are delivered electronically, typically as a link provided after payment. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check a delivery address and provide a valid, checked email address before completing an order.
Returns and refunds
Because prints are made to order and digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final once fulfilment has started. Faulty, damaged, or significantly not-as-described items are always eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact support with the order number and a description of the issue, and reasonable steps will be taken to put it right.
Workshops and bookings
Workshops and guided experiences depend on weather, access, and conditions on the day. Where a session can’t safely go ahead, a reschedule or a negotiated refund will be offered rather than a forced cancellation. Specific conditions attached to an individual workshop or experience take precedence over this general policy where the two differ.
Acceptable use
This site may be browsed and used for its intended purpose — viewing and purchasing the work presented on it. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of images, attempting to interfere with the site’s operation or security, and impersonating another person when placing an order are all prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep this site, its content, and its store accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is without further warranty. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site is excluded — nothing here limits any right that can’t lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through the contact page.
