Southwest Tasmania is seen as one of the most rugged and pristine wildernesses in the Australian continent. The Arthur Range, positioned at the island’s most southwesterly quadrant, is exposed directly to the whims of its larger southern neighbour, Antarctica. Sometimes, those whims bring snow. Lots of it.
