Eastern rosella

A 30cm parrot with a red head, white cheeks, and a body shading from red through yellow to pale green, its back scalloped black-and-colour. Native to south-eastern Australia, occupying open forest, farmland and gardens across Tasmania and the mainland from Victoria to Queensland.
